SHIPPING/RETURNS/FAQ
1) Q: How Long Until My Item Ships?
A: Most of Our Items Ship within 1-2 Business Day of Purchase.
Some of our Items can take a little longer (3-4 Business Days) as they ship direct from manufacturer but there will be a note at the top of the description will let you know of longer ship time. All Items will have tracking.
Most Orders will be UPS or Fed EX Ground (1-5 Business Days) after item has shipped barring any delays by the Carrier Service.
USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) is used on our lighter items.
2). Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes?
A: We Do Not Ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Boxes. We only ship to the domestic United States. NO international shipping.
3). Q: How Much is Shipping?
A: We Offer Free Shipping on Many Items. If There is a Shipping Charge it will be displayed in the listing.
4) Q: Return Policy
A: We do accept returns on ALL items EXCEPT Custom Built Shafts.. Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Again, Custom Built Shafts are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in NEW Condition for full refund.
5) Q: Multiple Item Order
A: If you order multiple products, there is a chance they will come from different manufacturers/distributors. We Fulfill Orders here in Myrtle Beach but also have a range of distributors throughout the country to fulfill your order. I will personally send you an email if you have an order that is from different manufacturers and give you all the tracking information.
